Scaling Libera’s Private Events Funnel

Libera isn’t just a wine bar — it’s a cultural space built for flexibility, nightlife, private events, and brand partnerships. Our goal was to support the successful launch of this new venue by building demand fast, defining the digital brand, and implementing performance marketing systems that could scale with growth.

What We Delivered


Full-Funnel Events Strategy & Revenue Tracking


With a large, modular layout, Libera had untapped potential for private dining and group reservations — a high-margin, underutilized revenue stream.

We built a complete, trackable acquisition funnel from the ground up:

  • Integrated TripleSeat to automate lead capture across website, Meta, and Google Ads
  • Launched segmented campaigns targeting:
  • Corporate offsites
  • Private celebrations
  • Birthday parties and special occasions
  • Created conversion tracking architecture using Google Tag Manager, enabling end-to-end visibility from ad to confirmed event booking
  • Connected campaigns directly to revenue outcomes, giving the client ROI clarity from day one

Performance Insight: Google Ads Dominance


From Dec 1 to Feb 18, we tracked 194 total event booking actions — and 64% (125 bookings) came directly from Google CPC traffic.

Key Highlights:

  • Google CPC drove more high-intent traffic than any other source
  • Implemented GA4 and Google Tag Manager for deep visibility
  • Average engagement time on site from CPC users was 34s, with 125 direct booking conversions

This proved what most brands can’t: which clicks turned into real revenue.

Analytics & Infrastructure Setup


Before launch, Libera had no digital tracking in place. We built a performance infrastructure from scratch:

  • Installed and configured Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager
  • Tagged all high-intent actions (booking, menu views, contact clicks)
  • Built event-specific dashboards to track source-level performance
  • Identified top-performing referral channels (e.g. Eater, Ace Hotel) to optimize placement and partnerships
