Objective


Position Koloman as a must-visit dining destination in NYC by driving awareness, increasing reservations, and executing a unified, high-performance marketing strategy across all consumer touchpoints — without compromising the brand’s premium identity.


What We Delivered


Performance Marketing That Tracks Real Revenue


We launched reservation-focused campaigns inside OpenTable, with advanced POS integration to go beyond vanity metrics.
Instead of measuring clicks, we tracked actual covers and revenue — shifting to a pay-per-verified-reservation modelthat delivered measurable ROI.

Data-Driven Strategy & Web Optimization



With no analytics setup in place, we implemented full-site tracking and built a data foundation for smarter decisions.

  • Installed Google Analytics + Tag Manager to track page-level performance
  • Identified high-value pages (e.g., menus) to inform UX and content
  • Prioritized SEO and high-intent referral traffic (OpenTable, Eater, etc.)


Scaling Group Reservations Into a Revenue Machine


Private dining was underutilized. We transformed it into a scalable, tracked funnel with high revenue potential.

  • Integrated TripleSeat to centralize event inquiries across channels
  • Built end-to-end attribution from ad click to confirmed event
  • Launched targeted campaigns for corporate events, team dinners, and celebrations via Meta and Google
  • Implemented Meta CAPI for better event tracking and lower acquisition costs
  • Supported Events Department in lead conversion process — speed, personalization, and clarity



Results: Group Reservations Campaign



  • 294 qualified leads generated in 3 months
  • 50 confirmed bookings
  • 193 warm leads in active follow-up
  • Clear attribution by campaign type (e.g. “party rooms NYC”)
  • Built a scalable, repeatable funnel for high-value private events



Paid Advertising Engine


We deployed full-funnel paid campaigns with continuous optimization and algorithm feedback.

  • Ran Google Performance Max + Meta campaigns with retargeting funnels
  • Installed Meta Pixel on Koloman’s site and OpenTable pages
  • Enabled behavior-based remarketing, improving conversion targeting and ROAS
